Job Responsibility:
Reporting to the Office Manager, your role will be varied include:Answering and responding to incoming calls and email from customers and managing booking requiresGenerating reports for customers, vendor and management through internal systems as well as EXCELExtensive data entry and data management that requires accuracy to their internal systemsManaging and cross-checking customer dataProviding back up support to Reception including covering breaks and sick daysElectronically filing and scanning documents into the internal databaseOther ad hoc administration and customer service tasks as required

Skills / Experience:
Having worked at least one year in a Customer Service Administration position, you will have the below skill set:Exceptional customer service skillsIntermediate/Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office and computer software'sStrong communication skillsFriendly, positive and enthusiastic approach to workAbility to work within a high-volume environmentHigh degree of attention to detail and accuracyDiscretion in relation to confidential informationBenefits- KWSP, PERKESO & SIP - Medical Benefits of RM500- Attractive Commissions- Office in the Centre of the City - Opportunities for career growth
