Settlements (Banking & Financial Services) Support daily settlement tasks in Hong Kong. Perform recurrent settlement tasks including payment matching, daily trade transactions and reconciliation.

Handle Nominees and Custodian Services activities including corporate action, entitlement, securities collaterals and ensure all instruction from clients are timely and efficiently executed.

Monitor the collateral exposure instantly to ensure the proper actions are taken for credit risk control purpose. Communicate with banks, payment agents, fund houses, in-house counterparties and/ or client services effectively. Perform process of fee collection. Participate in system development projects, in particular during user requirement collection, UAT, system migration and deployment. Undertake ad-hoc assignments as assigned.

Job Requirements:
Diploma/Degree in Banking & Finance / Business Administration / Science in Business Management related fields. Candidates with or without working experience and interest to learn are welcome to apply. Detailed and meticulous person with positive attitude. Well-organized and able to work well under stress and fast pace environment. Proficient in English and Mandarin (reading and writing). Being able to speak Cantonese is preferred. Able to work on Malaysia public holidays.
