We are looking for a Part Time for 3 months to help in Project Horizon Training.Responsibilities
- Event & Logistics Management
- Coordinate the logistics and event management for events ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience for all participants.
- Provide valuable support in planning and execution of event-related logistics, including booking of meeting rooms, lunch orders, participant coordination, and materials preparation.
- Maintain accurate records of trainers & participant attendance, progress, and what is being covered.
- Generate reports on the progress of the training program.
Qualifications
- Work on a part-time basis.
- 3 months contract period.
- Will require Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint skillset for the reports.
- The person will have to possess strong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with the trainers and participants.
- Needs to be resourceful and collaborate effectively.
- Independent and able to make quick decisions.
