Junior HR Executive

Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
Handle employee relations issues, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions.
Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy in the HR system.
Administer compensation and benefits programs and staff claims.
Coordinate training and development programs.
Monitor and analyze HR metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
Foster a positive work environment and promote employee engagement.
Assist with performance management processes, including appraisals and feedback sessions.
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related fieldExperience: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a Human Resources role.
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.Skills:
