**We are hiring for Junior HR & Admin (Mandarin Speaker)**
Work Location: Old Klang Road, KL (Hybrid mode)
Basic Salary: RM3000 - RM4500
Work Type: Permanent Role
Working hours: Normal
Working days: Monday - Friday
**Responsibilities**:
- Update and maintain employee data and documentation consistently to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Prepare monthly payroll reports & handle routine HR tasks such as drafting employment contracts, offer letters, and overseeing verification processes.
- Address employee inquiries promptly.
- Assist in organizing internal events and programs aimed at fostering a positive workplace culture.
**Requirements & Qualification**:
- Diploma or higher in a relevant field such as Human Resource Management, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Psychology, or equivalent.
- Proficient in English, Mandarin, and Malay (spoken & written).
- Minimum of 1 year of working experience in HR administrative roles.
- Exceptional attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills,-particularly in managing manual input tasks.
- Self-driven individual with the ability to take initiative to clarify issues and provide solutions.
- Availability to work on weekends during peak periods (replacement leave provided).
- Knowledge of the latest HR trends and practices.
- Previous experience with Google Workspace and Microsoft Office.
**Nice to haves**:
- Preferred age range: 21 - 25 years old.
- HR-related certifications.
- Familiarity with HRIS or hands-on experience with HRIS systems.
**Salary**: RM3,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
