Recruits, interviews, and facilitates the hiring of qualified job applicants for open positions.
- Collaborates with departmental managers to understand skills and competencies required for openings.
- Conducts or acquires employment background checks.
- Handles employment-related inquiries from applicants, employees, and supervisors.
- Conduct new hire orientation.
- Organizing employee engagement activities and events.
- Maintaining and updating HR system, documentations, records and filing.
- Assist in organising employee performance reviews.
- Assist in payroll and claim processing.
- Performs and assists in other HR related duties as assigned.
