Job Description:

  • To carry out 3PL shipping fee and COD reconciliation against Shopee Logistic System to ensure payment made to 3PLs is accurate and discrepancies identified are resolved timely.
  • To manage and handle any shipping fee related dispute or discrepancies with 3PLs as and when required.
  • Ensure reconciliation process is recorded in the system and available for audit.
  • Develop & document systems, operations processes, and reporting flows for large-scale business purposes.
  • Be a subject matter expert in shipping fee reconciliation processing to assist in solving daily shipping fee reconciliation issues effectively.
  • Partner with Product and Technical teams to solve problems, identify opportunities for reconciliation process improvement, and automation initiatives.
  • Participate in regionally or locally driven initiatives for process improvements relating to reconciliation.
  • Inform, support, and execute initiatives which focus on reducing reconciliation discrepancies and process redundancies.
  • Other ad-hoc tasks as required by the Business.

Requirements:

  • At least 3-5 years working experience.
  • Analytical and strong attention to detail required.
  • Strong critical and problem-solving skills.
  • Intermediate Excel skills with knowledge of SQL and Power Query (plus).
  • Excel (Vlookup and Pivot table) is a must.
  • Previous experience in payments is good to have.
  • Experience in fintech, banking, or finance background is good to have.
