Assist in the check-in and check-out processes, ensuring accuracy in guest information and billing.
Greet and welcome guests in a professional and friendly manner.
Handle guest inquiries and provide information about the hotel's services, amenities, and local attractions.
Manage reservations, including entering, updating, and cancelling bookings in the system.
Assist with administrative tasks such as answering phones, managing emails, and maintaining guest records.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure guest requests are fulfilled promptly.
Help resolve guest complaints or issues in a courteous and efficient manner.
Support the front office team during peak hours and special events.

Qualifications:
SPM, Diploma or Degree in any related field. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in basic computer applications, including Microsoft Office.
