Job Responsibilities:
Support the Sales Admin Manager in ensuring and documenting compliant, efficient, and productive operational processes.
Collaborate with business owners from various departments and the wider organization.
Gain exposure to systems, tools, processes, methodologies, and challenges.
Assist in overseeing daily operations and provide timely administrative support to various departments.
Focus primarily on domestic national activities.
Job Requirements:
Certified in Business Administration or hold a relevant diploma with applicable experience.
Minimum 1 year of experience in relevant role. Highly organized and meticulous with documentation.
Strong ability to meet deadlines and exceptional time management skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word). Experience with SAP Hana.
Tech-savvy with a keen interest in cutting-edge technology and automation. Commercially aware, with a good understanding of organizational business processes and requirements.
