JOB DESCRIPTION – ADMIN & OPERATION DEPARTMENTRESPONSIBILITIESResponsible for admin duties.To assist work with sales and operation team.Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.Keep records of customer interactions, process customers information and process customers’ accounts.To maintain company database and backup company system/platform/Mobile Apps.To attend and assist walk in customers.To handle clerical and admin duties such as faxing, scanning, printing, copying, filing documents, processing standard documents and routine correspondence.To support the accounts and admin team day to day administrative duties including Invoice and DO processing, stock take and staff claims.To assist in the organizing and administration of events where HR and admin are expected to lead.Arranging post and deliveries.Assists in writing government letters and processing any government agencies registration matter including MDA, MOF.Perform any other ad-hoc assignments / tasks as given by the Management.

JOB DESCRIPTION – ADMIN & OPERATION DEPARTMENTREQUIREMENTSGood command in spoken English and Bahasa Malayu.SPM / STPM or equivalent or Diploma in Business Admin or equivalent.Minimum of 1 year working experience.Good knowledge in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
