  • Assist in maintaining customer databases and records, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to prepare reports and presentations as needed.
  • Maintain open communication channels with the sales team to relay customer feedback, issues, and opportunities.
  • Recommend and implement enhancements to customer service processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Monitor customer interactions and identify areas for improvement in service delivery.
  • Understand
    Chinese due to business nature.

Pay:
RM1, RM2,500.00 per month
