The job description of a sales admin typically includes the following responsibilities:

  • Sales Support: Provide administrative assistance to the sales team by handling sales inquiries, managing customer databases, and updating sales records and documentation.
  • Order Processing: Process sales orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring that all relevant information is captured, including product details, quantities, pricing, and customer information.
  • Sales Coordination: Coordinate with internal departments, such as marketing, production, and logistics, to ensure timely order fulfillment, resolve customer issues, and provide updates on order status.
  • Customer Service: Address customer inquiries and provide product information, pricing details, and order updates. Assist with resolving customer complaints or concerns in a prompt and professional manner.
  • Sales Reporting: Prepare and analyze sales reports, including sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback. Generate regular sales reports for management review and decisionmaking.
  • Sales Documentation: Maintain accurate and uptodate sales documentation, including contracts, quotations, and sales agreements. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Salary:
RM2, RM2,800.00 per month
