**Main Responsibilities**
- Receiving and processing purchase orders.
- Issuing sales transaction invoices.
- Verifying orders, including customers' personal information and payment details.
- Maintaining and updating sales and customer records.
- Compiling monthly sales reports.
- Expediting orders through internal liaison.
- Directing feedback from customers to relevant departments.
- Identifying new products to add to those on offer.
- Supporting the Product & Strategy Department with other administrative tasks, if requested.

**Requirement**
- At least 2 years of related working experience
- Ability to interact successfully with both internal and external dealer.
- Strong communication skills and interpersonal skills.
- Good computer skills (MS Office, Excel)
- Familiarity with sales reports and sales records.
- Able to speak in mandarin/Cantonese is added advantage

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month

Supplemental pay types:

- Overtime pay
- Performance bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Bandar Kinrara: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Administrative: 2 years (preferred)
