Job Description:

Axiata Group Berhad is seeking a Home-Based Client Service Officer to become part of our team in George Town, Penang, MY.

As an Associate Level role, the perfect candidate should hold at least 3 years of experience in client service positions.

We are seeking an individual who is resilient and dedicated to delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and address client inquiries and issues promptly- Establish and nurture strong relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction- Supervise client accounts, ensuring accurate and timely transaction processing- Collaborate with internal teams to attend to client requirements and resolve issues efficiently- Provide regular updates to clients regarding their accounts and any pertinent information

Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field2. 3+ years of experience in client service positions3. Strong negotiation and leadership abilities4. Excellent communication and organizational skills5. Capability to work autonomously and prioritize tasks effectively
