Sustainability Manager – Climate Change, Supply Chain and Reporting

Base: Sustainability, Head Office

Responsibilities:

  • Handle stakeholder grievance, investment communities and rating agency's expectation
  • Prepare Sustainability Report
  • Obtain energy, water and manage Climate Action Plan
  • Manage Supply Chain matters

Requirements:

  • Possess a Bachelor's Degree in Sustainable Development, Agriculture, Environmental & Social Science or any other related disciplines from a recognized University
  • Minimum 5 years relevant experience with exposure of working on sustainability or agriculture sectors
  • Understanding and knowledge in plantations sustainability certification requirements is an advantage
  • Good analytical thinking skills and attention to detail
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Team player. Self-starter and ability to work independently
  • Willing to travel both locally and overseas
  • Good command of Bahasa Malaysia and English
Product & Business Development Executive

Base: ACGT Sdn Bhd, Bukit Jalil

Responsibilities:

  • Feasibility study of agriculture products; Ideation & Research on the products
  • Product prototyping
  • Strategies and planning for product launching
  • Vigilant with the current market sentiments

Requirements:

  • Ability to work independently
  • Enthusiastic with outdoor activities
  • Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
  • Good time-management skills
  • Great interpersonal and communication skills
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor in Sciences

Mill Maintenance Responsibilities

Responsible for the mill maintenance - Planning, preventive maintenance & corrective maintenance.

Supervising and controlling workers' daily activities in the mill to ensure compliance with procedures and requirements.

Investigate any non-conformance related to process, maintenance, dispatch, grading etc., and provide recommendations for improvement.

Responsible for assisting Senior Mill Manager/Mill Manager in human development, performing the duties and responsibilities related to mill daily operations.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Engineering, hands-on experience/training in the oil mill maintenance system
  • Fresh graduate / relevant experience in Palm Oil Mill are encouraged to apply
  • Willing to be based in Sabah and to be relocated
  • Possess analytical and troubleshooting skills in mill processing and carrying out mill maintenance
  • Possess strong leadership, organizational and communication skills
Electrical Technician Responsibilities

Technician Tasks:

  • Install, repair, and maintain electrical systems and equipment, such as wiring, lighting, and electrical panels.
  • Inspect and troubleshoot electrical systems to identify issues and implement necessary repairs.
  • Perform electrical installations in compliance with local and national electrical codes and regulations.
  • Maintain and repair electrical fixtures, outlets, switches, and appliances.
  • Collaborate with engineers, electricians, and other team members to plan and execute electrical projects.
  • Ensure the safety of electrical systems by testing and inspecting components for potential hazards.

Other tasks that you might be involved:

  • Perform general maintenance tasks, such as fixing leaks, replacing light bulbs, and repairing minor electrical or plumbing issues.
  • Conduct routine inspections to identify maintenance needs and safety hazards.
  • Install, repair, or replace various fixtures and appliances, such as door locks, faucets, and light fixtures.
  • Painting and drywall repair to maintain or improve the appearance of walls and surfaces.
  • Respond to emergency maintenance requests in a timely manner.
  • Keep accurate records of maintenance and repair work performed.

Requirements:

  • Candidates are required to hold a Wireman PW4 certificate, and possessing a Chargeman A0 certificate is considered optional.
