Reporting to the Assistant Manager, Corporate Secretarial Services, this full-time and permanent position is based in Iskandar Puteri, Johor and offers regional coverage, allowing you to make a significant impact on our Corporate Secretarial Services team and its growth. Key responsibilities:
  • Ensure compliance with provisions of corporate enactments, statutory reporting/filing, and corporate governance.
  • Prepare minutes, resolutions, and statutory documents.
  • Update and maintain statutory records.
  • Ensure documents and files are correctly named, saved, and maintained in the database.
  • Provide KYC support and maintain KYC documentation.
  • Provide administrative support to the corporate secretarial teams in other offices.
  • Perform any other ad-hoc duties.
Key Requirements:
  • Prior experience in corporate secretarial works is a great advantage (applicants with 1-2 years can be considered for Senior Assistant).
  • Experience in professional firms and in handling companies in various jurisdictions is an advantage.
  • Degree/Diploma in business administration or law.
  • Recognized Degree/Diploma with MAICSA/ICSA qualifications or currently pursuing MAICSA/ICSA.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and able to work to tight deadlines while multi-tasking.
  • Independent and self-motivated.
  • Ability to organize and prioritize work with minimum supervision.
  • Strong team player.
