- Identify customer's needs and respond proactively to all of their concerns
- Resolve customer complaints and challenges during the operation promptly and professionally, striving to exceed customer expectations, and ensuring positive resolutions.
- Drive sales performance of each store under his/her sales area
- Prepare duty roster and report at the end of each week, including staff control, food, beverage, cash control, and sales.
- Monitor OT hours can carry out a monthly stock take
- Constantly review, and evaluate operations/procedures, and suggest improvements to the management.
- Support the recruitment and selection of employees to the agreed staffing levels using cost-effective recruitment methods.
- Conduct periodic meetings with supervisors/service staff to gather customer feedback for corrective and preventive measures. Communicate feedback to department heads for action.
- Ability to forecast food and beverage consumption, based on historical data and trends to avoid wastage.
- Handle disciplinary issues, conducting annual reviews and confirmation of staff.
- Ensure consistent execution of store SOPs to maintain a clean, organized, and presentable store.
- Ensure all marketing plans are executed on time and accurately to build repeat customer visits. Agree and implement actions to continuously improve the guest experience.
- Ensure all staff are well briefed on their responsibilities and are constantly given supervision and motivation on all aspects of their work.
- Provide staff guidance and direction, including setting performance standards and monitoring their performance.
- Perform all ad hoc tasks as and when required by the Management.
- Make appropriate decisions in a fast-paced environment and update the management team accordingly.
Your responsibilities:
- Lead your network of outlets in planning & execution to improve and achieve the desired level of operational effectiveness and efficiencies
- Lead and coach outlet managers in achieving Outlet Operations KPIs, Objectives, and Key Results
- Develop & train outlet managers and supervisors in all aspects of outlet operations
- Lead and manage the expansion of your area network of outlets
Requirement:
- 3 - 5 years experience in running operations in the F&B industry
- Self-driven, accountable, and passionate about results
- Exceptional customer skills, with a passion for exceeding guest expectations.
