  • Drive sales performance of each store under his/her sales area
  • Prepare duty roster and report at the end of each week, including staff control, food, beverage, cash control, and sales.
  • Monitor OT hours can carry out a monthly stock take
  • Constantly review, and evaluate operations/procedures, and suggest improvements to the management.
  • Support the recruitment and selection of employees to the agreed staffing levels using cost-effective recruitment methods.
  • Conduct periodic meetings with supervisors/service staff to gather customer feedback for corrective and preventive measures. Communicate feedback to department heads for action.
  • Ability to forecast food and beverage consumption, based on historical data and trends to avoid wastage.
  • Handle disciplinary issues, conducting annual reviews and confirmation of staff.
  • Ensure consistent execution of store SOPs to maintain a clean, organized, and presentable store.
  • Ensure all marketing plans are executed on time and accurately to build repeat customer visits. Agree and implement actions to continuously improve the guest experience.
  • Ensure all staff are well briefed on their responsibilities and are constantly given supervision and motivation on all aspects of their work.
  • Provide staff guidance and direction, including setting performance standards and monitoring their performance.
  • Perform all ad hoc tasks as and when required by the Management.
  • Make appropriate decisions in a fast-paced environment and update the management team accordingly.

Your responsibilities:

  • Lead your network of outlets in planning & execution to improve and achieve the desired level of operational effectiveness and efficiencies
  • Lead and coach outlet managers in achieving Outlet Operations KPIs, Objectives, and Key Results
  • Develop & train outlet managers and supervisors in all aspects of outlet operations
  • Lead and manage the expansion of your area network of outlets

Requirement:

  • 3 - 5 years experience in running operations in the F&B industry
  • Self-driven, accountable, and passionate about results
