**Responsibilities**
- Understand customer needs and provide tailored technical solutions utilizing our cutting-edge products.
- Exceed order booking targets outlined in our Annual Business Plan for the assigned territories and product lines.
- Offer accurate order booking projections and lead reports to drive business growth.
- Contribute strategic insights for the development of Annual and Strategic Business Plans for assigned territories.
- Maximize cross-sales opportunities and foster relationships with OEMs, consultants, and EPCs.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring seamless coordination across sales, service, and supply chain functions.
- Conduct audits of dealer networks and monitor customer satisfaction.
- Provide valuable inputs on new product development, pricing strategies, market segmentation, and industry trends.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Chemical, or Electrical Engineering.
- Desirable Qualification/Skills: Similar educational background and skills.
- Experience: 4 to 8+ years in a relevant field.
