E-Commerce Operations Manager

Responsible for planning, promoting, and executing marketing activities on e-commerce platforms.
Basic design work for product pages and main images on e-commerce platforms.
Managing product listings, pricing, and inventory on e-commerce platforms.
Handling order management, shipping, and reconciliation, including managing refunds and returns.
Promptly responding to customer inquiries on e-commerce platforms and documenting and reporting feedback.
Assisting in offline promotional activities as directed by superiors.
Coordinating training for store staff and promoting tea culture (including tea courses) externally.
Managing daily product shipments for the company.
Completing other tasks assigned by superiors.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field .Proficiency in Chinese, English, and Malay languages, along with basic skills in using relevant office software.

Basic knowledge of Photoshop (PS) and Illustrator (AI) is desirable.
Strong sense of responsibility and teamwork.
Demonstrates professionalism and ethical conduct.
Strong communication skills and execution abilities.
Fast learner, diligent, proactive, and skilled in communication.
Honest, motivated, and willing to follow company instructions.
Minimum 2 years working experience in a related field is preferred.

Labor contract with contributions to relevant funds as per national regulations.5 day of work.
Entitlement to Selangor public holidays.
Upon confirmation of employment, the company provides relevant training.

Monthly Salary:

RM3000Probation Period: 3 monthsUpon successful completion of the probation period, the candidate will be converted to a permanent employee.
