Job Description:
MISC Berhad is seeking a motivated and driven individual to join our team as a Customer Support Representative in Kuala Lumpur, MY.
This part-time entry-level position requires at least 1 year of experience in a customer service role.Responsibilities:
1. Provide exceptional customer support through various channels such as phone, email, and chat.2. Assist customers with inquiries, product information, and issue resolution.3. Manage customer complaints and ensure timely and satisfactory resolution.4. Work closely with other departments to escalate and resolve customer issues.5. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Requirements:
1. Strong customer service skills.2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.3. Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.4. People management and cooperation skills.5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.6. Motivated and driven to provide high-quality customer support.
