  5. Innovation: Generate and translate in cooperation with others within FrieslandCampina, ideas for innovation, convert viable ideas into plans and, after approval execute these plans and/or ensure the execution thereof.
  6. Analysis: Interpret available market insights and data across Business/Market Intelligence reports and other available data sources and utilize the insights in developing and improving the brand strategy and plans.
  7. Advice and reporting: Provide (un)requested commercial insights and advice and challenge management on the commercial strategy, based on quantitative and qualitative market information through (periodic) updates and reports. Conclusions, recommendations and corrective actions concerning the opportunities and risks for the appointed brand(s)/market(s) are taken.
  8. Projects: Define, plan, manage and coordinate assigned projects, within the project management guidelines.
