Working closely with Group MD, you're to support daily business operations, vet papers, take minutes, liaise with external parties, attend internal meetings, develop action plans, and prepare documents for meetings.Prioritise and manage multiple projects simultaneously and follow through on issues promptly.Work with the business units to analyse areas in which to pursue new "build/buy/partner" opportunities.Prepare presentation material, correspondence, reports, proposals, and other documents for the Group MD, many of which will require research and the gathering of information from various sources.Coordinate and follow up progress with respective strategic business units to ensure completion of strategic projects and programmes according to strict deadlines and budgets, ensuring achievement of agreed objectives.Attend internal/external meetings with the Group MD or represent the Group MD and take confidential notes or minutes, accurately summarise the meeting for reporting back to the Group MD.Handle all administrative and financial admin tasks for the Group MD. about the manager/team Reporting to the Group MD, he is a highly experienced and respected person in the industry. skills & experience required Local Malaysian with a Bachelor's Degree in Business/Finance/Accountancy/Economics.
