About the Role
Join us as an Associate Talent Acquisition on a 6-month contract and play a key role in building a strong talent pipeline. You'll leverage diverse sourcing strategies, screen and interview candidates, and ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience.
Your responsibilities will also include managing job postings, overseeing onboarding, and staying updated on recruitment trends and regulations to ensure compliance. Additionally, you'll facilitate the offer process while adhering to employment laws.

6 months contract role based at our office - Bangsar South, Kuala Lumpur (Mondays to Fridays)
Roles and Responsibilities
- Source top talent using diverse search methods to build a strong candidate pipeline.
- Screen candidates by reviewing resumes, job applications, and conducting phone screenings.
- Enhance the candidate experience by designing and managing a seamless recruitment process.
- Create compelling job postings and develop clear job descriptions and position requirements.
- Conduct reference checks as needed to ensure candidate suitability.
- Facilitate the offer process, including extending offers and negotiating employment terms.
- Oversee the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best recruitment practices.
- Manage the end-to-end hiring process, from interviews and selection to finalizing hires.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations throughout the hiring process.
Requirements and Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of recruiting experience (preferred).
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proven ability to build effective, trust-based relationships with stakeholders.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask.
- Experience managing multiple stakeholders in a dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant tools.
- Knowledge of interview techniques and applicant screening methods.
- Solid understanding of employment laws and regulations.
- Familiarity with diverse sourcing strategies to attract top talent.
