We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Talent Acquisition Partner to join our Retail team. This role will be responsible for driving the end-to-end recruitment process, developing talent acquisition strategies, and partnering with hiring managers to fulfill staffing needs. You will play a crucial role in identifying and attracting top talent to help our organization achieve its goals.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates
- Partner with hiring managers to understand their staffing requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies
- Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals to attract a diverse pool of candidates
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process by providing timely feedback and maintaining clear communication
- Promote the company's brand as an employer of choice through various channels and activities
- Use recruitment metrics and analytics to measure the effectiveness of recruitment strategies and make data-driven improvements
- Advocate for and implement diversity and inclusion best practices in the hiring process
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations throughout the recruitment and hiring process
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition and continuously seek ways to improve recruitment processes
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 4-7 years of experience in talent acquisition
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and strategies
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders at all levels
- Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to drive decisions
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations
- Proactive and results-oriented
- Adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
