Primary DetailsThe purpose of this role is to provide technical support to the team and assistance to the team leader by being the subject matter expert on the process he/she is handling.
Your New Role:
- Assist with day-to-day claims management from different lines of business.
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of insurance guidelines and policies.
- Adhere to local and international regulatory requirements.
- Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders.
- Manage Co / RI claims submitted by different intermediaries.
- Work alongside LOB managers in implementing and maintaining claims management strategies.
- Act as an escalation point for customer complaints.
- Work alongside the team to support distribution partners.
- Support process improvement through negotiation and dispute resolution.
About You:
- Relevant experience in General Insurance claims handling.
- Management of complex and/or high value claims.
- Tertiary Degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
