We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Claims Processing Analyst to join our team in Asia. As a key member of our claims team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our claims management processes.
About the Job:In this role, you will be responsible for managing complex and/or high-value claims, as well as providing technical support to the team and assistance to the team leader. You will work closely with LOB managers to implement and maintain claims management strategies, and act as an escalation point for customer complaints.
- You will have extensive knowledge of insurance guidelines and policies, adhering to local and international regulatory requirements.
- You will build strong relationships with stakeholders, managing Co / RI claims submitted by different intermediaries.
- You will work collaboratively with the team to support distribution partners, driving process improvements through negotiation and dispute resolution.
Your Skills and Qualifications:
- Relevant experience in General Insurance claims handling.
- Management of complex and/or high-value claims.
- Tertiary Degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
