About the Role
Are you a driven and ambitious sales professional looking to join an exciting and rapidly growing energy company? As an Executive Sales at SUNTON POWER SDN. BHD., you will play a crucial role in driving new business development and expanding the company's presence in the George Town Penang area. This full-time position offers the opportunity to work with a dynamic team and contribute to the strategic growth of the organisation.
What You'll Be Doing
- Actively prospecting and generating new sales leads through a variety of channels
- Engaging with potential clients, understanding their needs, and presenting tailored solutions
- Negotiating and closing sales contracts, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences
- Staying up-to-date with industry trends and competitive landscape to identify new opportunities
- Achieving and exceeding individual and team sales targets
- Contributing to the development of sales strategies and initiatives
What We're Looking For
- Proven track record in new business development, preferably in the sales or energy industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients
- Proven negotiation and closing skills, with a keen understanding of customer needs
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve shared goals
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and familiarity with CRM systems
- Passion for the energy industry and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service
