Senior People Operations Executive at PointStar

Overview:

The Senior People Operations Executive will play a crucial role in supporting the strategic goals of PointStar by managing relationships with key business clients. The role involves regular communication with clients, resolving queries, and promoting product innovation to increase revenue. Collaboration with sales teams to generate sales leads, including upselling and cross-selling PointStar's various products, is essential. The Senior People Operations Executive is responsible for achieving sales quotas and assigned strategic account objectives.

Responsibilities:

  1. Maintain key relationships with strategic accounts.
  2. Build relationships with C-level decision-makers and other stakeholders.
  3. Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
  4. Maintain business levels with existing customers.
  5. Understand client business directions and integrate digital transformation offerings into their strategic plans.
  6. Have prior experience in IT infrastructure sales, managed services, analytics, and AI.
  7. Collaborate with technical account managers and pre-sales to achieve outcomes.
  8. Regularly meet with strategic clients to update them on new products and plan for implementation as required.
  9. Participate in internal meetings for team enhancement and new business strategy.
  10. Handle renewals, upsells, and upgrades.
  11. Pitch new projects and influence decision-making.

Qualifications:

  1. Experience in B2B sales in a related industry is advantageous.
  2. Experience in IT infrastructure sales, managed services, analytics, and AI is preferred.
  3. In-depth knowledge of client relationship management strategies.
  4. Superb interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills.
  5. Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
  6. Excellent organizational and time management skills.
