Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Key Account Manager to join our team. This role requires a unique blend of strategic thinking, effective communication, and a customer-centric approach.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Developing and implementing strategic account plans to drive business growth and revenue expansion.
  • Negotiating contracts, pricing, and terms to secure mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Providing accurate and timely reporting on key account performance, sales forecasts, and market insights to management and stakeholders.
  • Identifying opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and expanding services or products offered to key accounts.
  • Maintaining detailed records of interactions, transactions, and communications with key accounts in CRM systems or databases.
Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients to ensure their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Monitor the health of key accounts and provide timely support to ensure their continued success.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify opportunities for growth and implement strategies to achieve business objectives.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related discipline.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the e-commerce industry.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a proactive approach to identifying gaps and offering solutions.
  • Proficiency in ERP Next or similar applications, as well as experience with ticketing systems and e-commerce platforms.
  • An understanding of Large Language Models (LLM) and the ability to establish process design with maximum automation.
  • Flexibility, independence, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • A willingness to work flexible hours, including occasional evening or weekend shifts.
