Business Development Executive

This job is about building relationships with small business clients, promoting banking products, and hitting productivity targets. You might like this job because you get to work closely with SMEs and provide advisory services to help them grow.
Responsibilities- Develop relationship and networking with SMEs clients.
- Provide advisory services or solutions to SMEs client on the company profile.
- Engage with SME's customers via phone in promoting banking and SMEs related products.
- Ensure daily and monthly productivity targets are achieved.
- Active participation in providing feedback during discussions.
- Foster positive relationships with team members within the team and department.
- SPM/STPM/Diploma/Degree.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Self-discipline and team player with integrity.
- 2 - 3 years in the sales industry, preferably in a Telemarketing environment is an added advantage.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
