Responsibilities:
  • Analyse and identify customer's needs and match against SaaS products.
  • Prospecting, generating, qualifying, processing and following up on leads.
  • Manage, nurture and convert leads into sales opportunities.
  • Route qualified and appropriate leads to the sales team for further closure.
  • Work closely within a sales & marketing team and develop cooperative working relationships across functions.
  • Effectively communicate and present the SaaS product solution and value proposition to customers.

  • Proficient in the use of social media tools such as LinkedIn, Zoominfo etc.
  • Provide consistent, concise, accurate and timely weekly/monthly sales lead generation activity reports to management.
  • Daily Sales Pipeline and Activity to be updated in CRM and maintained.
  • Demonstrate a commitment to the technology industry staying educated on the new regulations, our product solutions changes, innovations and trends.
  • Achieve sales lead generation and appointment quotas.
  • Adhere to sales process, pipeline management, ethics and compliance.
  • Be a team player, flexible and able to work in a dynamic environment.
Requirements:
  • Only open for local Malaysians.
  • Around 5 years of outbound sales/inside sales/tele sales experience. Experience with lead generation and handling preferably enterprise accounts is a must.
  • Must possess excellent communication skills both oral and written and be skilled in "Selling via Phone" successfully.
  • Must be experienced selling technical and integrated IT premium priced solutions, be a successful prospector, and be able to independently develop new prospects in a highly competitive environment.
  • Must have experience selling technology-based product/SaaS based and software solutions utilizing ROI and other value-added selling approaches, familiarity and experience with large ticket long sales cycle technology sales items, competitive – assertive personality with ability to operate effectively independently in high-pressure, high-risk sales environment.
  • Show a proven track record of achieving sales lead generation and appointment quotas.
  • Ability to multi-task daily projects and commitments and employ structured selling methods is required.
  • Must have strong inner drive and self-discipline, proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and accuracy, ability to multitask, strong sense of urgency and commitment to excellence.
