As a Telemarketing Executive at Vertex Mastery, you will be the first point of contact with potential clients, helping them understand our solutions and driving business growth through effective sales calls.
- Prospect Identification & Development – Identify and reach out to potential clients through cold calls and follow-ups.
- Understanding Customer Needs – Listen actively, identify pain points, and propose relevant solutions.
- Up-selling and Cross-selling – Identifying opportunities to increase sales by offering additional products or services.
- Customer Service – Addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing excellent customer support.
- Objection Handling & Follow-Ups – Address concerns, answer queries, and maintain strong follow-up processes.
- Build Trust And Rapport With Clients – Maintain positive relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- CRM Management – Keep accurate records of interactions, follow-ups, and customer details in the CRM system.
- Sales Target Achievement – Work towards hitting and exceeding weekly and monthly sales targets.
- Collaboration with Sales & Marketing – Provide feedback to improve sales strategies and campaign effectiveness.
- Appointment Setting – Schedule meetings between potential clients and the sales team.
- Market Research & Competitive Analysis – Gathering customer feedback and market intelligence.
- At least 2 years of experience in telemarketing – You have a proven track record in outbound sales.
- Ability to Identify Customer Pain Points – You can analyze customer needs and match them with the right solutions.
- Strong Business Mindset – You understand sales dynamics and how to create value for customers.
- Excellent Communication & Interpersonal Skills – You know how to build rapport and engage potential clients.
