Salary Range: RM16,000 - RM 20,000 per month

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for developing and executing innovative talent acquisition (TA) strategies, tactics, and operational plans across the organization.
  • Collaborate with the company leadership to gather strategic direction and oversee workload distribution, resource allocation, scheduling, and task assignments across teams.
  • Drive the standardization and optimization of end-to-end TA processes and policies, utilizing advanced technologies to enhance efficiency.
  • Oversee a team of recruiters and talent coordinators, ensuring effective role fulfillment and team performance.
  • Lead the team to meet or exceed departmental objectives by leveraging resources, implementing best practices, and fostering a deeper understanding of business needs.
  • Manage vendor and agency relationships to secure external support for sourcing talent when necessary.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in managing workflow documentation and meeting service-level standards.
  • Oversee cost center management and budget utilization related to recruitment activities.
  • Innovate and implement creative employee onboarding strategies to enhance the new hire experience.

Key Requirements:

  • At least 7 years in Human Resource with more than 4 years in a Management role.
  • Proven experience as a Recruiting Manager, Recruiting Coordinator, or Recruitment Consultant.
  • Skilled in utilizing applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR databases effectively.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage diverse stakeholders and lead team members successfully.
  • Possess subject matter expertise and in-depth knowledge of local recruitment practices.
  • Ability to leverage market intelligence and analyze market trends to provide strategic insights to clients.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to collaborate and influence multi-level stakeholders within the organization on framework and plans.
  • Able to multi-task efficiently and work well in a fast and dynamic environment.
  • This opportunity is available to individuals authorized to work in Malaysia.
