Job Description

The ideal candidate has a track record in managing events and brand-activation projects; while you are advertising & marketing-savvy. You have excellent interpersonal and written communication skills. This is a unique opportunity to play a highly visible role in an exciting independent creative & brand activation agency, in the implementation and execution of exciting campaigns for MNCs.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Hands-on planning, managing, production and execution of events and brand activations.
  • Involved in brainstorming, ideation and proposing content for brand activations.
  • Day-to-day liaison with clients. Project managing campaigns with the necessary timeline management, WIP meetings and post evaluations.
  • Build positive working relationships with clients
Job Requirements

Skills:

  • Creative and passionate about brand activations and events.
  • Analytical and always improving ways-of-working, team-player oriented, paired with agile mindset and 'can-do' attitude.
  • Conduct yourself professionally and always proactive.
  • Customer/ target/ and result-oriented.
  • Multi-tasking skills - being able to handle several clients concurrently.
  • Pays attention to the details.

Qualifications:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management/ Mass Communications/ Marketing / Event Management or equivalent.
  • Required language(s): English.
  • At least 2-3 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Fresh Grads with the right attitude are encouraged to apply for an entry-level position.
