Exodus MM2H Sdn Bhd is a full-fledged government-appointed agency specializing in MM2H and PVIP applications, helping international clients relocate, retire, invest, and pursue education opportunities in Malaysia.
Job Summary:
We are looking for a Customer Service Executive to join our immigration consultancy firm, Exodus MM2H Sdn Bhd. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling client inquiries, providing accurate information regarding immigration programs (MM2H & PVIP), and ensuring excellent customer support throughout the application process. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for prospective and existing clients via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
- Provide accurate and updated information on MM2H, PVIP, and other immigration programs.
- Assist clients with pre-registration, document submission, and application processes.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth processing of client applications.
- Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system.
- Follow up on client inquiries and ensure timely responses.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a professional and efficient manner.
- Support the marketing team by participating in seminars, events, and exhibitions when required.
- Stay updated on immigration regulations, policies, and program changes.
- Provide administrative support as needed.
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in customer service, preferably in the immigration, legal, or consultancy industry.
- Must be able to read, write, and speak English, Mandarin, and Malay; additional language is a plus.
- Ability to handle documentation and client records with accuracy.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- Knowledge of MM2H and PVIP programs is an added advantage.
- High level of professionalism, patience, and problem-solving skills.
- Willing to work extended hours when needed, especially during events or peak periods.
