Job Summary:

We are looking for a Customer Service Executive to join our immigration consultancy firm, Exodus MM2H Sdn Bhd. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling client inquiries, providing accurate information regarding immigration programs (MM2H & PVIP), and ensuring excellent customer support throughout the application process. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  1. Serve as the primary point of contact for prospective and existing clients via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
  2. Provide accurate and updated information on MM2H, PVIP, and other immigration programs.
  3. Assist clients with pre-registration, document submission, and application processes.
  4. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth processing of client applications.
  5. Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system.
  6. Follow up on client inquiries and ensure timely responses.
  7. Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a professional and efficient manner.
  8. Support the marketing team by participating in seminars, events, and exhibitions when required.
  9. Stay updated on immigration regulations, policies, and program changes.
  10. Provide administrative support as needed.

Minimum Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field preferred.
  2. Minimum 2-3 years of experience in customer service, preferably in the immigration, legal, or consultancy industry.
  3. Must be able to read, write, and speak English, Mandarin, and Malay; additional language is a plus.
  4. Ability to handle documentation and client records with accuracy.
  5. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  6. Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach.
  7. Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.
  8. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
  9. Knowledge of MM2H and PVIP programs is an added advantage.
  10. High level of professionalism, patience, and problem-solving skills.
  11. Willing to work extended hours when needed, especially during events or peak periods.
