HR Executive

- Responsible for recruitment activities inclusive of sourcing, shortlisting, interviews, offer management and onboarding as per ISO procedures.
- Manage recruitment activities to achieve the target fulfillment rate and turnaround time.
- Support in using different channels of recruitment to optimize effectiveness of the recruitment process.
- Evaluation of effectiveness of recruitment process through yearly recruitment tracking reports.
- Participate in career fairs.
- Conduct exit interviews and analysis.
- Administration of recruitment system.
- Administer Trainee program.
- Support in any HR administration tasks as instructed by line manager.
Job Requirements:
- Degree holder or Diploma in HR Management or Business Administration or related disciplines.
- HR generalist with a minimum of 2 years of experience in HR & Administration, preferably with good experience in talent acquisition and in a manufacturing environment.
- High integrity and compliance.
- Excellent communication and good interpersonal skills.
- Good understanding of Labor laws, EPF, SOCSO, Industrial Relations & PSMB.
- Working arrangement: 2 days at Shah Alam, 2 days at Bandar Enstek & 1-day WFH (WFH entitlement after probation & depending on WFH policy if there are changes).
- Candidate must be willing to work at Shah Alam & Bandar Enstek.
