Human Resource Administrator Executive

Perniagaan Logam Xing Fa (PLXF) is a reputable company in the iron casting industry, committed to quality and customer satisfaction.
We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented HR & Administrative Assistant to join our team. As an HR and Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for assisting the HR department with various tasks, including recruitment, employee records, salary and benefits support, administrative support, office management, and courier services.
You will maintain accurate employee records, prepare essential documents, and monitor key deadlines. Additionally, you will provide administrative support, manage office supplies, and ensure efficient filing systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment: Screen candidates, formulate personnel policies, and support training and development initiatives.
- Employee Records: Maintain and update employee files, including personal details, absences, and career history.
- Salary and Benefits Support: Assist with payroll, benefits administration, and answer employee queries on leave entitlements and pay.
- Administrative Support: Handle incoming calls, coordinate department meetings, track client appointments, and prepare presentation materials.
- Office Management: Purchase office supplies, maintain office equipment, and ensure proper filing systems are in place.
- Courier Services: Arrange courier services for important documents and step in for the HR Manager when necessary.
Requirements:
- Minimum SPM or equivalent
- Detail-oriented, strong interpersonal communication and administrative skills
- Able to work under minimal supervision
- Computer literate, such as proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Good command of written and spoken English, Bahasa Malaysia
- Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply
