We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR & Administrative Assistant to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to support the HR department with a variety of tasks.

The successful candidate will be responsible for HR administration, employee records and documentation, salary and benefits support, administrative support, office management, and courier services.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to work independently, and have proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. HR Administration: Assist with recruitment, employee relations, and training and development initiatives.
  2. Employee Records and Documentation: Maintain and update employee files, including personal details, absences, and career history.
  3. Salary and Benefits Support: Assist with payroll, benefits administration, and answer employee queries on leave entitlements and pay.
  4. Administrative Support: Handle incoming calls, coordinate department meetings, track client appointments, and prepare presentation materials.
  5. Office Management: Purchase office supplies, maintain office equipment, and ensure proper filing systems are in place.
  6. Courier Services: Arrange courier services for important documents and step in for the HR Manager when necessary.

Requirements:

  • Minimum SPM or equivalent
  • Detail-oriented, strong interpersonal communication and administrative skills
  • Able to work under minimal supervision
  • Computer literate, such as proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Good command of written and spoken English, Bahasa Malaysia
  • Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply
