- OBOR MACHINERY SDN. BHD. is seeking a highly skilled Financial Administrator Assistant to join their team and support the Finance and Admin Department in various capacities.
Key Tasks:
- Assist in maintaining accurate financial records, including business transactions and daily work logs.
- Perform accounting data entry and match documents to ensure seamless operations.
- Collaborate with colleagues to manage sales and cash reconciliation, maintaining up-to-date bookkeeping.
- Provide support for account receivable and payable-related functions.
- Organize and maintain accounting records and documents for easy reference.
Essential Qualifications:
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Accounts and Finance studies is required.
- Fluency in English, Mandarin, and Bahasa Malaysia is preferred for effective communication.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills are essential for success in this role.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision is necessary.
