As the Head, Enterprise Digital, you will revolutionize the digital landscape and be at the forefront of driving innovation and change for Gentari. The position reports to the Head, Enterprise Digital & IT.

ResponsibilitiesDevelop and Implement Strategy:
  • Create and execute a digital transformation strategy aligned with organizational goals;
  • Identify opportunities for digital innovation.
Technology Management:
  • Oversee selection and implementation of digital tools;
  • Ensure technologies meet scalability, security, and performance needs.
Cultural Change:
  • Promote a digital-first mindset;
  • Develop training programs to enhance digital literacy.
Performance Measurement:
  • Establish metrics and KPIs to assess digital initiatives;
  • Monitor and adjust strategies based on performance data.
Compliance And Security:
  • Ensure compliance with data protection regulations;
  • Address security concerns related to digital transformation.
Digital Demand Management, Budget, And Planning:
  • Manage and prioritise digital demand;
  • Oversee planning, budgeting, and vendor management.
Stakeholder Engagement:
  • Engage with external stakeholders and stay informed about digital trends;
  • Build relationships with technology vendors and industry groups.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
  • Collaborate closely with departments to integrate digital technologies;
  • Facilitate team communication and collaboration.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field;
  • Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in digital transformation;
  • Demonstrated success in leading digital transformation projects;
  • Deep understanding of digital technologies and their business applications;
  • Proven experience with Agile development methodologies;
  • Exceptional leadership and project management skills;
  • Strong analytical and problem solving capabilities;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
