  • To achieve hit Sales Targets monthly for the projects assigned by the Management and through the effective marketing campaigns.
  • Able to complete annual sales targets and performance on time and according to sales schedule.
  • Conduct market study and market analysis on primary market & secondary market and develop competitive sales package & pricing strategies.
  • Experienced in the construction field and have worked with a reputable developer before.
  • To build the Company's reputation and competitive position through all aspects of marketing from digital marketing, public relations, campaigns, roadshows, business events and forums.
  • Have strong Sales skills and be able to compose sales content to attract customers.
  • Must understand the media, be familiar with media operations, and maintain good communication.
  • Develop innovative sales strategies to attract the attention of customer groups and promote continued business growth.
  • Liaise effectively with end-financing, panel of solicitors' agencies and enforcement departments.
  • Create marketing awareness for new projects and garner leads.
  • Prepare sales update & progress reports to management from time to time.
  • Undertake other ad-hoc duties, assignments and other activities assigned by the Management.
  • Manage, mentor and motivate a team and sales & marketing professionals to drive performance and achieve targets.

Requirements:

  • Posses a Bachelor's degree in Marketing/Management/Business Studies or any related field.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in the Property Development industry.
  • Proven track record on Sales & Marketing experience - meeting or exceeding given targets.
  • Independent, self-motivated and good critical thinking skills.
  • Ability to handle stress and manage projects according to deadline.
  • Great financial acumen – reporting, analytics, pricing, market intelligence while maximising profitability, forecasting and revenue management strategies.
  • Able to speak Mandarin/Cantonese will be an advantage.
  • Willing to work at several Sales Gallery of the company (Bangsar, Kota Kemuning, Klang).
  • Able to think out of the box.
