Work Location:

Responsibilities:

  1. Manage and track spare parts inventory from procurement to stock placement using SAP/S4 Hana.
  2. Handle procurement, quotations, and invoicing for spare parts and maintenance services.
  3. Perform regular stock counts and manage the placement of spare parts within the inventory.
  4. Coordinate the timely delivery and proper storage of spare parts to meet operational needs.
  5. Ensure all documentation and inventory records are accurately maintained in SAP/S4 Hana.
  6. Handle service maintenance contract renewals and process related quotations.

Requirements:

  1. Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in order processing, supply chain, logistics, or related fields.
  2. Experience in spare parts inventory management.
  3. Proficiency in using SAP/S4 Hana system and Microsoft Excel skills.
  4. Good customer service skills and effective communication.
  5. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
