We are seeking a Growth Marketing Manager to develop and execute data-driven marketing strategies across multiple channels to drive customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with strong analytical skills and a test-and-learn mindset, capable of identifying and capitalizing on scalable business and product growth opportunities. This role will focus on driving sustainable growth through innovative campaigns, continuous optimization, and data-backed decision-making.

As a Guru you will be accountable for:

Strategic Planning
  • Develop and implement growth marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Identify key customer segments and target markets to maximize acquisition, engagement, and retention.
Data Analysis & Insights
  • Leverage analytics tools to monitor campaign performance, uncover trends, and derive actionable insights.
  • Use data to optimize marketing efforts and improve overall growth strategies.
Campaign Management
  • Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns across paid, organic, and product-led growth channels, including SEM, social media, email, content marketing, and more.
  • Drive user acquisition and conversion through performance-focused initiatives.
  • Design and run A/B tests to evaluate marketing tactics, creatives, and messaging.
  • Implement learnings to refine strategies and maximize campaign effectiveness.
Funnel Optimization
  • Analyze the customer journey to identify bottlenecks and optimize conversion rates at every stage, from awareness to purchase.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Work closely with product, sales, and data teams to align marketing efforts with business goals and enhance the customer experience.
Reporting & Communication
  • Develop and present performance reports, tracking progress and measuring ROI to inform stakeholders and guide future strategies.

We're looking for someone who:

  • Proven experience in growth marketing, performance marketing, or digital marketing roles.
  • Strong analytical skills, with proficiency in data analysis tools to assess campaign performance and drive improvements.
  • Deep expertise in digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, paid social, email marketing, and content marketing.
  • Experimentation mindset, with experience running A/B tests and optimizing campaigns based on data.
  • Creative problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop engaging and effective marketing campaigns.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and present data-driven insights clearly.
  • Technical proficiency, including familiarity with marketing automation tools, CRM platforms, and analytics software.
