Client Account Manager

We are an established Regional IT Security Company, headquartered in Singapore, distributing leading information security solutions to our clients and are looking for self-driven individuals who are passionate and knowledgeable in Solution sales to join our team as Client Account Manager. Excellent opportunity for career development awaits the right talented candidate.
You will be responsible for developing long term business relationships with our clients as well as ensuring growth in sales. You should ensure meeting customers' requests and needs. Customer Service Excellence deliveries must be aspired through your respond in a timely manner and fulfilling all your commitments that has been promised.
Job Responsibilities
- Actively promote and sell the company's Data Security solutions to our clients.
- Manage existing accounts assigned to you by increasing sales and acquiring new clients for revenue growth.
- Work with the presales team to propose solutions and professional services to clients.
- Manage and maintain excellent rapport and relationships with clients for long-term success.
- Pitch solutions and build solution offerings for your clients.
- Hunt and farm your own accounts.
- Accountable for revenue performance pegged to assigned accounts and new businesses.
- Track sales account targets and monitor sales metrics such as quarterly sales results.
- Actively participate as a team player by suggesting actions to improve sales performance and identify potential opportunities for growth.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of sales experience in IT Security products and services.
- A good team player with a pleasant personality.
- Good working attitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to deliver projects and confidently answer inquiries on time.
- Possess business acumen and aptitude in problem-solving.
- Highly self-motivated and self-driven personality.
- Excellent communication, good interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Able to work both independently and as an effective team member.
- Results-driven and ability to deliver excellent customer service.
- Ability to speak and present well in English.
