Job Description

  1. Collaborate with the Business Development Manager to develop and implement business and marketing strategies to achieve revenue targets.
  2. Prepare sales proposals and quotations tailored to client needs.
  3. Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure long-term partnerships.
  4. Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and quotas through effective business development efforts.

Job Requirements

  1. Minimum Qualification: Diploma certificate.
  2. Experience: 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in a related field.
  3. Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD.
  4. Business Acumen: Strong analytical and relationship-building skills, with a motivated and results-driven mindset.
  5. Sales Expertise: A hunter mentality with proven experience in negotiating contracts and closing deals.
  6. Communication & Presentation: Confident in business presentations, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of handling situations diplomatically.
  7. Personality Traits: Ambitious, target-oriented, outgoing, and persistent in achieving goals.
  8. Industry Connections: Well-connected within the landscape industry and property development sector.
