**GENERAL **
- Assisting in the commercial function and to ensure commercial terminal contract correctly interpreted and fairly appreciated. Operations of commercial activities contract compliances, promotions etc at airport level. Monitoring and updating contract requirements on terminal activities

**ESSENTIAL POSITION FUNCTION**
- To ensure all tenants and concessionaires adhere to the terms and conditions of the contract agreement
- To ensure that sales reports are received before the 7th of the month
- To ensure that the tenants/concessionaires adhere to the operation hours as per contract agreement
- To ensure no foreign workers/shop assistants are employed by the tenants/concessionaires at LTAB Kuching.
- To monitor closely that tenant/concessionaires profile are updated and maintained based on the agreement
- To submit the standard monthly report to MASB HQ
- To ensure smooth operation of commercial activities at the airport and availability of staff at the shop area at all time
- To inspect and verify all advertisements sites visual are well maintained and operational
- To ensure unpacked boxes/crates are not left unattended at any part of the shop area
- To monitor the cleanliness of the retail area and disallow unnecessary blockage of passengers flow within the shop areas
- Perform other duties as required

**Key Challenges**:

- To achieve the KPI as targeted.
- To ensure all vendors’ accounts/debts are accurate, updated and reconciled.
- To assist SE Support Svc Comm and Officer in preparing monthly report on commercial performance
- To assist SE Support Svc Comm and Officer in managing account receivable effectively
- To lessen customer complaints on late invoice payment.
- To improve on urgent utilities payment in order to avoid disruption to operations.
- To provide occupational safety and environment friendly to staff and customers.
- To assist and provide informative and resourceful in terms of providing valueable data to customer's account
- To assist SE Support Svc Comm in providing business plan for terminal development.
- To cope with the additional activities

**Skills**:

- Good working knowledge at;
- Accounts receivable/accounts payable
- Standard operating procedures, laws, acts and other related compliance as directed by the management or ministry

**Education**:
**External/Internal**
- MCE / SPM With Credit in Bahasa, Pass in Mathematics and English
