**Responsibilities**:
**INSIDE SALES EXECUTIVE**

We are looking for Inside Sales Representative (ISR) to be based at Oxydata, Malaysia. Youll be a part of our Sales Team. This role is to produce high quality leads and working as a team towards agreed set targets and profitability goals. To provide a high level of sales support by ensuring all queries are responded to in an efficient, professional, and timely manner.**Responsibilities**:

- Develop prospect lead generation and sales pipeline.
- Identify and create sales opportunities, produce leads and work closely with Account Managers to bring the opportunities and close the sales
- Influence customers to buy products/services and to give service information and price quotations.
- To attend to customer feedback and handle customer-related inquiries and complaints
- Manage the database to a high degree of accuracy to ensure targeted marketing activity can take place to generate new business
- Liaise effectively with all departments to ensure customer requirements are met
- To execute all marketing campaigns implemented by Sales
- Provide excellent customer experience and always maintain a high level of service and professionalism
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed

**Qualifications And Skills**
- At least 1-2 years working within a sales environment preferably in a proactive telemarketing role within the IT industry
- Good written & spoken English skills
- Creative thinking outside of the box.
- This position is internally known as Field Inside Sales Representative.
- The salary package comes with basic + special allowance + attractive incentives
