Inside Sales Specialist

**Job Purpose**:
This solution-focused professional will be responsible for new /old opportunities within existing and prospective clients.
**Responsibilities**:
- Drive monthly/quarterly sales and margin targets
- Build excellent customer relationships through proactive engagement and demonstratble specialist product knowledge
- Promote purchase transaction thru Tec D Marketplace
- Develop relationships with key internal and external contacts
- Develop and execute account plans to maintain and grow customer base
- Plan outbound calls to customers to generate new business oppotunities
- Perform active inbound selling
- Build accurate and timely quotation to customer
- Generate and own a pipeline of deals
- Manage backorder expectation and reporting for customers
- Maintain and provide accurate information to Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system
- Provide, sell and negotiate product information, pricing special offers and promotions
- Ensure Service Level Agreement (SLAs) with customers are satisfactory Attain Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) such as daily talk time, outbound calls, renewal rates and switch rates
- **Knowledge, Skills and Experience**:
- Min Diploma with minimum 1 year of inside sales or relevant experience in IT industry
- Customer-oriented with positive attitude
- Good communication & interpersonal skills
- Willingness to acquire new skills/ product knowledge
- Team player and independent worker
- IT Savvy
