Position: Junior Inside Sales IT
Languages: Excellent English
- **Requirements**:_
- Language - English Speaker (excellent English comms skills)
- Minimum 1-year experience of Inside Sales IT sales experience, understanding of (Cloud/Software Sales Preferred), partner/ distributor sales (good to have)
**Responsibilities**
- **Customer Engagement**: Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients, understanding their business needs and challenges.
- **Product Knowledge**: Maintain a deep understanding of our cloud and software solutions, staying current with industry trends and competitive landscape.
- **Sales Presentations**: Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential customers, effectively communicating the value proposition of our solutions.
- **Pipeline Management**: Manage and update the sales pipeline using CRM software, ensuring accurate tracking of sales activities and progress.
- **Quota Achievement**: Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets, contributing to the overall growth objectives of the company.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with the marketing, product, and technical teams to ensure a cohesive approach to sales and customer satisfaction.
- **Customer Support**: Provide post-sale support to ensure successful implementation and ongoing satisfaction with our solutions.
**Job Type**: Permanent
Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
