Inside Sales Executive

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identifying new business opportunities in existing accounts and promptly and effectively following up on all sales leads
- To meet a monthly target and maintain a customer database by conducting thorough research and identifying potential business opportunities
- Responsible for gathering competitive information from customer and market feedback and communicating it to the Sales Management
- Maintain cooperative and productive inter-department relationships and procedures to deliver exceptional customer service at all times

**Job Requirements**:

- Qualification in Diploma/Degree (Electrical & Electronics would be an added advantage)
- Preferably with at least 1 year of inside sales experience (consistent proven KPI achievement)
- Telephone sales experience ideally inbound and outbound
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month

**Benefits**:

- Maternity leave

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- 13th month salary
- Commission pay
